Privacy

This notice covers the public ATC Vector website and its guided demo.

Website requests and regional prices

Our hosting provider, Scaleway in the EU, receives the network information needed to deliver this website, including your IP address. We use the IP address in memory to determine your country and show the appropriate regional price. The lookup uses a local country database; we do not send your IP address to a geolocation API. We do not store country lookup results or maintain visitor profiles.

This processing supports delivery and security of the website and our legitimate interest in displaying relevant regional offers. Hosting providers may process technical information under their own service and security obligations.

The guided demo

Typed transmissions and progress stay in the current browser page. We do not send them to our server, store them in a database or retain them after you leave or reload the page.

Voice input is optional. When you start with voice, your microphone is captured only while you transmit. The audio is sent through our server to Deepgram’s EU endpoint for transcription; pilot voices are generated through the same provider. We do not retain your recordings or transcripts. Temporary voice-session limits help prevent misuse. Deepgram processes requests under its applicable service and data-processing terms. Text mode requires no microphone.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and records no sessions or page text. We do not request browser location access.

Your rights and contact

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, object to processing, and complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority. Because the demo is not stored by us, we cannot retrieve a past demo session.
